Municipal Enumeration Forms in the mail May – June 2010

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) will be mailing 2010 Municipal Enumeration Forms this spring to help confirm or collect information for individuals owning or occupying property in Ontario.

These forms will be mailed to specific households where MPAC needs to confirm or update the occupant information currently on file. This information is used by MPAC to create a Preliminary List of Voters for every municipal and school board trustee election in Ontario. The Preliminary List is provided to municipalities and school boards to help them create the final Voter’s List for Election Day.

If you receive a Municipal Enumeration Form from MPAC, please confirm the information included on the form and make any necessary changes or additions.

Once the form has been completed, please sign and return the same form to MPAC in the envelope provided.
